Discover How Parents Can Fully

Fund their Children’s University Fees, and Possibly Retire 5-7 years Earlier

Without putting their kids in debt, taking unnecessary investment risks, and delaying their own retirement

I understand that everyone's financial journey is unique. My personalised approach goes beyond generic advice, diving deep into your specific situation to craft tailored strategies for your protection, investment and retirement goals.

I'm here to simplify the complex world of finance, making those tough decisions easier for you. My role is to save you time and provide peace of mind, allowing you to focus on what matters most to you.

As a father myself, and the sole breadwinner for my family…the responsibility rests on my shoulders to ensure a good lifestyle for my wife and son.

Over the last 8.5 years, after working with more than 250 families in Singapore, I’ve seen common concerns that come with parenthood.

Trying to figure it all out on your own

Imagine coming home after a long day at work. You kiss your wife, help your kids with homework, do some household chores…and then sit in front of the computer for hours doing research on DIY financial planning.

All that hours spent doing data entry into Excel Sheets, scouring the internet… just to min-max your family finances, could leave you giving up on time that you can’t get back. Sounds exhausting?

Instead of spending more time with your family, do you want to end relying on low-interest savings accounts, or overly risky investments that lead to heartbreak?

Cost of living and inflation

In the 1980s, a Mcdonald’s Filet-O-Fish burger was around $1.75. Today in 2024, the same Filet-O-Fish burger cost $5! That is about a 3x increase over the last 30 years

The truth is…things are only going to get more expensive globally every year.

Is our hard earned savings keeping up with inflation or is our spending power actually getting smaller?

How do you think our children will feel in 20 years time if they had to cough out a large university fee on their own, due to a lack of planning?

Worried about falling sick

We might have the best plans all laid out in place for our children’s education or our own retirement.

But all it takes is 1 sudden turn of events like a critical illness, a large medical bill, or worse…the passing of the breadwinner.

The cost of heart surgery in Singapore is tens of thousands, with heart conditions usually coming about due to stress built up over the years from working so hard. (Above is a screenshot of a claim due to a heart surgery)

How would you feel if an unforeseen event happened, and placed unnecessary financial strain on all the family members?

No one wants to work forever

There will come a time in our lives, where we want to retire, and enjoy the fruits of our hard work over the years. Family holidays, time spent with children/grandchildren, doing hobbies we enjoy…these are precious memories of things that we cherish.

Retirement planning is simple:

There are 2 things we can never control:

1) We cannot control when we get called back “home” AKA we die…

2) We cannot control inflation and the cost of living getting higher each year.

However, we can control certain things to have a fulfilling retirement:

- Making sure our monthly income is more than our expenses.

- Making sure we create additional streams of passive income.

- Retiring earlier with the right planning.

- Ensuring a medical expense doesn’t wipe out our retirement fund.

Would you rather choose to focus on the areas you can control?

But…what happens if nothing changes?

  • Lost Time and Energy: countless hours spent researching, analyzing, and second-guessing decisions.

  • Education Fund Shortfall: The dream of sending your children to university might become a financial nightmare as rising tuition costs outpace your savings.

  • Wiped Out Savings: A serious health issue can drain your savings, and place unnecessary financial stress on the family.

  • Working Longer: Poor retirement planning might force you to postpone your golden years, working well past your desired retirement age. Or worse, having to rely on family members for support.
